Job Overview
The Senior BIM Coordinator shall be responsible for managing and coordinating multi-disciplinary BIM workflows across Architecture, Structure, MEPF, Façade, and associated systems for the commercial building project. The role involves federated model coordination, clash detection management, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring compliance with BIM standards, project requirements, and digital delivery protocols.'
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary BIM coordination activities across all project stages
- Manage federated BIM models and coordination workflows
- Conduct and manage clash detection using Navisworks Manage or equivalent platforms
- Organize and participate in BIM coordination meetings with consultants and contractors
- Track and monitor clash resolution and issue closure
- Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plan (BEP), LOD requirements, and naming conventions
- Review consultant and contractor BIM submissions for quality and coordination compliance
- Coordinate model integration across Architecture, Structure, MEPF, Façade, and Interiors
- Prepare coordination reports, dashboards, and progress tracking documents
- Support construction-stage BIM coordination and redline-based model updates
- Facilitate implementation of ISO 19650-aligned workflows and CDE processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline
- Minimum 12 years of experience in BIM coordination and digital delivery projects
- Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- Experience in high-rise, mixed-use, hospitality, or commercial projects
- Strong understanding of clash detection, constructability review, and BIM coordination workflows
- Familiarity with ISO 19650 principles and BIM standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
