Job Overview
The Revit Modeler – Architecture / Structure shall be responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining architectural and structural BIM models in accordance with project standards, design inputs, and coordination requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural and structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit
- Prepare and update models based on approved design inputs and revisions
- Coordinate with BIM Coordinator and other disciplines for clash-free integration
- Support extraction of drawings, schedules, and model-based deliverables
- Maintain model accuracy, data consistency, and LOD compliance
- Incorporate redline markups and construction updates into BIM models
- Participate in coordination reviews and model audits
- Ensure adherence to project BIM standards and workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Revit modelling for Architecture and Structure
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience in high-rise buildings, mixed-use, hospitality, or commercial developments
- Good understanding of BIM coordination and construction documentation workflows
- Ability to work within multi-disciplinary BIM environments
