Job Overview
The Revit Modeler – MEPF shall be responsible for BIM modelling and coordination support for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain coordinated MEPF BIM models using Autodesk Revit
- Model HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems
- Coordinate with Architecture and Structure disciplines for clash-free integration
- Incorporate design revisions and construction updates into BIM models
- Support clash detection and constructability reviews
- Generate model-based drawings, schedules, and documentation
- Ensure model quality and compliance with LOD and project standards
- Participate in coordination meetings and model reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of BIM modelling experience in MEPF systems
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks
- Experience in large-scale commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use developments
- Knowledge of BIM coordination and MEP integration workflows
- Understanding of construction and services coordination requirements
