Job Overview
The Revit Modeler – Façade / ID shall be responsible for developing and coordinating façade and interior BIM models aligned with architectural intent, project standards, and coordination requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop BIM models for façade systems and interior design packages
- Coordinate façade and interior elements with architectural, structural, and MEP systems
- Prepare detailed façade and interior model components based on approved design inputs
- Incorporate revisions and redline updates into BIM models
- Support clash detection and interface coordination activities
- Assist in drawing extraction and model-based documentation
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, LOD requirements, and project workflows
- Participate in coordination meetings and technical reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of BIM modelling experience in façade and/or interior works
- Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience in high-rise commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects
- Good understanding of façade systems, finishes, and coordination requirements
- Familiarity with BIM coordination processes and model management workflows
